I have an older house with only two wires that come from the ceiling (black and white). I have a fan that has 3 wires ( black, blue, white). How do I install this fan without racking my nerves?

Connect the blue and black from the fan to the ceiling black, and white to white, you will need to use the pull chains on the fan for separate control.
