Approximately last 4-6 weeks whenever I get a semi erect penis or full erection my penis hurts from inside out. It feels sore as if muscle or tissue is torn. Feels as if the base of my penis has a knot or scar tissue build up feel. Any ideas?

We can only guess here as to what may be happening to you. To get a proper diagnosis, it would be best if you would see a doctor who can see and visit with you personally and then diagnose what might be happening and then prescribe a course of treatment.

To me, what you're experiencing isn't normal. It could be serious. If I were you, I would be going to a doctor for proper diagnosis and treatment.

No one here can diagnose you. We can only guess, no matter what sort of resources that we have from which to find information.

Like a lot of people, I like to read about things online or in books that I have in order to do research. But, the bottom line for me is, if I can't fix it myself and I know that I really need to be examined personally by a health professional, then that's what I'm going to do.

Our on target Clough, I've been researching since I posted earlier. Looks like I found what may pertain to myself.
I am making an appt for this week with my pcp.
