How to upgrade honeywell thermostats, T841A to T8411R
I have a honeywell T841A thermostat wired as follows:
    G - GREEN WIRE
    R - RED WIRE
    E - JUMPERED TO W2 TERMINAL
    X - BROWN WIRE
    W2 - WHITE WIRE
    B - BLUE WIRE
    W1 - JUMPERED TO Y1 TERMINAL
    Y1 - YELLOW WIRE
    O - NOT USED
    L - NOT USED

How do I connect these wires to the Honeywell T8411R?

    I came up with this:

    R - RED WIRE
    W2 - WHITE WIRE
    L - NOT USED
    B - BLUE WIRE
    O - NOT USED
    W1 - JUMPERED TO Y TERMINAL
    Y - YELLOW WIRE
    E - JUMPERED TO W2 TERMINAL
    G - GREEN WIRE
    C - BROWN WIRE

    Will this work?
    Thanks

This is connected to a Rheem Heat Pump.

I believe it should work but look over this chart of old to new HP wiring codes for yourself.

I think you are good. If you're a little unsure just wire a little and test a little. First just power, then fan, then aux heat, then the rest.
