    Circuit breakers keep popping off
Okay, the first thing that was happening was when I ran the dryer, the stove circuit breaker would pop off. Once I stopped using the dryer the stove circuit breaker was fine. Tonight, the same thing happened only this time, the dryer cicuit breaker kept popping off too. Now that I have stopped using the dryer, the stove circuit breaker can not be pushed back on. Any answers?

I think the problem is in the panel. A loose breaker connection possibly. Loose connections causes heat that migrates into the breaker and gives a false trip, so to speak.

If the two breakers are close to each other, one can affect another. Sounds like one breaker is already bad.

To check this, the panel needs to be opened and the breakers pulled out to look for loose connection and damage to both breakers and the bus bar in the panel.

Unless your knowledgeable about working in the panel, which must be done with the main off, and if the main is in the panel, there are still live wires, best to call in a good service/troubleshooting electrician.
