My original jacuzzi tub valves won't come out
I have an old, original jacuzzi brand whirlpool bath. The cold water drips, so I want to replace both valves. I unscrew the bolt under the cap, but the knob doesn't just pop up.

Is a special tool needed for this? Where can I get replacement parts? This is an out of date Jacuzzi brand thing.

Here's a picture of the knobs and an overview of the control panel of this unit.

    Thank you.

    Hi DDWW...

You need to go to home depot or Lowe's and purchase a HANDLE PULLER... see picture below.

This tool may be a handle puller or a combination compression sleeve removal tool/handle puller... either one works here.

To use, you remove screw from hot or cold handle and then insert tool tip into screw hole... then place arms under handle, tighten threaded top and hopefully as you tighten the handle will POP up and off! You may need to squeeze on the arms as you tighten the tool.

Tool costs about $10.00 to $15.00

Let us know if need anything else...
