    80's-90's unknown cartoon movie
    Hi! Thanks in advance for your help :D and well.. I need help trying to remember a movie's name... it was a cartoon movie about a painter who fell asleep under a "kinda magic tree" and when he woke up he was able to speak to animals... I remember seeing an owl... and some mushrooms who were mean to them... singing about the heat or something... I can't remember the rest but it was a movie I saw when I was really little... and well... I have been looking for that movie about 7 or 8 years... can somebody help me?
