Stimulus Check for Tax Year 2007
I am an F1 student working on OPT. I have filed and received my tax returns for tax year 2007. But, still I have not got my stimulus check.

Am I eligible to get the rebate check. If Yes, when will get it ?

Also I filled form 1040NR. Does this mean I can't get the rebate check ?

Non-residents will not get stimulus rebate. On F1 you are non resident for 5 years.
