If your parents are willing to approve the marriage, you just go to your local county clerk, get a marriage license and have someone perform the ceremony. Your parents may have to sign additional forms approved the marriage. But the county clerk or a local justice of the peace will be able to help you.

If he disobeys his PO, you can't control what comes next. Get married, that makes your relationship a legal standing stone and should provide a basis for you to stand up to the P.O.

I had the feeling that was the case. I strongly suggest that you stay away from him until you are 18.
Its one thing if you married with parental permission BEFORE he got in trouble. But since his PO told him to stay away from you, to marry you would violate his probation. And just get him in more trouble.
You need to wait until you are 18. At that point, if you still want to, you can get together.
If you can't wait, then both of your parents should approach the PO and ask the PO's permission to get married. I would not recommend that he go around the PO's instructions.

Yea yesterday my parents and my boyfriend and I went to talk to his po he just told us we could get married but to do it as soon as possible so we went to this place where they gave us some papers to fill out and all we have to do is fill out the papers and get my transcripts from school and get my birth certificate and my boyfriend and I are going to take premarrige counciling and then turn in the paper work then they show it to some judge and he has to approve it or deny it :) and the lady told us if we take the counciling it would look good cause it will show that we know what we are getting ourselves into you know what I mean?

Ok, As long as the PO is aware of this and supports it then you are OK. And yes, takling the counseling will look better to the judge.

Are you pregnant? Getting married to please the PO, is a lousy idea. I'm glad your going to counseling together though.
