    How many plugs can I put on one 20 amp breaker ?

    In the US, outside of local code amendments, there is no limit to the number of receptacles you can out on a circuit.
    We just use good judgment and common sense depending on where the circuit serves. 8-12 seems to be an average on a 20A general use circuit.

    In Canada there are limits.
