I want to have kids soon
Hi this is Shandra2001 and I was wounded I do want a baby so bad because the reason why I do want to have a family with my boyfriend so that we can be great parents to the child but we been trying for the past years and nothing has happen yet My boyfriend is 48 and I am 23 years old.Does that has to do with his age or his sperm might be low insteam.What should I do about it.I do have a insurance plan coverage card medicaid.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years, ten years? With this same person? In ten years he will be 58, in fifteen years he will be 63. Remember he will be 72 years old before this child would be out of the house! Does he actually want to have a child in high school when he really wants to retire? Lots of questions. I do understand your question, but you need to take a serious look at your life and the reasons you want kids outside of marriage and with this person. |

A couple of points: first of all you mention that you were "wounded"... does that mean you have a physical disability? If so, having a baby is extremely stressful on the body, not to mention all the physical demands on you as the child grows.
2nd: Many men by 48 have had a vasectomy. That could very well be the reason why you're not getting pregnant 3rd: You say that you have "medicaid" Which tells me you don't have a job or anyway to support this child except by allowing the taxpayers of this country to support you and your child. You might want to think again. It doesn't sound to me like you are in any position, either physically or financially to have a baby. |

Being great parents does not mean being a great couple. Remember the old ryme "first comes marrinage then comes so and so pushing a baby carriage." I think you may need to get married and then think about the children after trying to get along as a couple. The age difference is quite large and you may need to talk to him about your having a child. The last thing is... you need a job and be able to take care of yourself before a child is even thought of. |
