    Murder in United States territory
What happens if you kill someone in United States territory and not a state?

I would suggest it is not recommended to kill anyone no matter where you stand.

How come I get a reddie? Like I said it is not considered murder to some! That is a factual truth that you cannot deny. While you may not consider abortion murder and that is your right, I do. Guess when we face the judgment seat of God we will know for sure how he stands on that issue!

An opinion isn't really a "factual truth".

While I agree abortion is murder, is still an opinion. I think you can consider it however you want, but bob I think is saying that when answering a criminal law question, we aren't going my Egypts laws or canadas laws or G-ds law, the OP is asking about US law. And in the US, he is right, it is not considered murder. Weather we agree with the law or not , it is what it is.

And if you two would have read my post I did not say that it was considered murder by all, "Murder is murder. Of course abortion is not murder according to some."
Guess I need to spell it out more plainly next time.

And I'm saying he doesn't care about your opinion on abortion.

He was asking for facts, legal facts on a given topic.

And I enjoy skinny dipping (but who cares?? That's not the question).

If you commit a crime on US government land it's a federal offense, and you are tried in federal court. Hence a murder committed at, say, the Statue of Liberty is a federal felony, whereas a murder committed at Yankee Stadium would be a state felony.
