What are the foods that can put on more weight? I mean only healthy foods, i.e. veggie and fruit, nut, etc.( no meat, fish, milk.)

Wow um... protein drink to bulk up.. and just about everything has some sort of animal made product in it... bread... eggs and milk... cake cookies icecream... same... you put yourself into a hole... if you want to grow try the food once... and if not I don't know what to say... and is eggs excluded if not that would be good.. but its high in cholesterol if you need to watch it... OH... forgot... rice is a pretty calorie cost food
