Ear and troat pain, headaches and multiple problems. (Long)
Ok here is my question. Let me first say I don't have health insurance and I'm not working right now so I can not afford to see a doctor.

I have some weird symptoms and I'm not sure if they are related or separate.

    Here goes.

I have had intermitant headaches for almost a year but not usually very bad ones
Also I have had a sore throat almost every day for a year but again it was not bad.

That said, about three months ago I woke up with a bad sore throat and a bad headache
That lasted all day. The pain was all over my head. Also I had pain not IN my ears but next to my ears and behind them it was a combination burning pain and searing pain, SO sharp and painfull. Also a feeling like my ears were stuffed but that feeling was intermitant. Also sometimes when I stand up I feel a ringing in my ears and then pain but it only lasts a few minutes. (no infection in ear, that was checked) Headaches and ear pain are everyday.

It has been this way ever since. And in the weeks/months that followed new symptoms arived. These inculde:

Neck and shoulder pain (back of neck) Also pain behind my head near my neck. (everyday)

Nausia (not sure if that is related because it is intermitant)

Pain in the back of my gums near wisdom teeth (also not sure if that is related because it's a sore type feeling and usually only hurts when pressed with my tounge)

Back pain. Lower back and also shooting pains in my upper back (everyday)

Sore spot on my back that hurts when touched (near neck) (everyday)

Eye pain (also very intermitant and may not be related.) I did see a eye doc about this because it was free and she said no eye problems) the eye pain is a fast shooting pain.

Achy and painfull wrists, knees, upper arms, back of my legs near butt, ankles and feet.
This is very weird because it is also intemitant and the pain is not steady. It's a deep throbing pain and it comes and goes.

Brusies for no reason and in weird places. (This has been going on for a year and long before any of these other symptoms and so this my not be related)

Pain in my lower throat and jaw when I yawn along with sore throat. (frequently)

And recently I have been waking up from a sound sleep choking. It feels like when you eat and it goes down the wrong tube, that's the feeling. And being awaken from sleep by the feeling of choking is scary! I have to keep coughing and drinking watter for a few minutes to make it stop. And I still feel like I have to keep clearing my throat.

    General stomach pain and discomfort.

Also new is that for the last two weeks I have had a horse voice.
And am constapated and have lower abdominal pain.

This is driving me crazy. All these symptoms seem to have nothinng in common so I don't what is related and what's not.

Oh did I mention I'm only 32 years old?

    Yeah feels like I'm 80.

I know its hard to figure this out especially over the internet, I'm not expecting anything really. Maybe some ideas.

(And today I had a weird feeling in my bottom teeth, sure enough I look in the mirror and it looks like my bottom gum has pushed through one of my bottom teeth. And that's sore!! Crazy stuff)

Do you live a risky lifestyle?

Do you eat proper meals and get exercise daily?

Do you have a temperature? Keep track every day.

Grandma, you can also go to an emergency room and they cannot refuse to see you even if you have no health insurance and can't pay.
