Pushing is not a chargeable crime but striking a person is. Also threats on voice mail are meaningless. A police report can be taken on the voicemail stuff, but honestly the cops can't do anything until the person actually carries out their threats and does something. They can't arrest someone who threatens to kill another person (or beat them up or whatever) until they actually do something to the other person. Talk is meaningless. Actions are what are chargeable.

Trespassing can be stopped by posting No Trespassing signs on your property. Then when they come onto your property you can call the police and legally have them charged with trespassing on private property. Stay in your home and call the police. Don't confront these individuals.

The fact they know your cell phone numbers tells me that they know you and they are not total strangers.

No actually pushing a person is a assult. You can not touch another person in any manner if that is unwanted.

And of course they can arrest someone for threating to kill someone, that is called terrorist threat and I know people in jail today on that esp doing a domestic violence issue.

One has to call the police, remember in many states you can not use any physcial force to protect property, legally you would have to watch someone walk into your home and steal your TV , you could not touch them unless you felt that your life was in danger.

In other states you do have a more aggressive ability to protect yourself if they are on your property.
