    My query about u.s visa
    Hi I'm an indian ,my fiancé is pursuing m.b.a from chicago,he is there on f1 visa, and my marriage is fixed in June 2009... I will be very grateful to you if u help me know on what visa should I go after marriage and what documents will be required...

    You must get married first... after that he must request for I-20 for dependent from his school and then you can apply for dependent visa at the US consulate in India. Use same form as visitor's visa but you need to submit proof of marriage such as marriage license, photos of you and your husband with families of both sides, evidence of relationship, etc.
