    Lack of responsibility
My two grandbabies live with me. I am their blood grandmother. Their father is my son. Their mother is deceased. My son (their father has been evicted) he came back home. He will not assume responsibility for his children. I ask asked, written letters to him, nothing works. He leaves them with me constantly without asking, provides no financial support, etc. its not fair that I assume all responsibility and he has all the authority. I cannot put them on my company insurance because I have no legal custody.

What can I legally do about this.

    Thank you

Sounds like a great case for a guardianship. Look into it. It's easier and far less of a commitment than an adoption.
