    Seller discloure omission
We have a home in santa fe nm and the prior seller did not disclose that they received a settlement from ENTRAN II A class action settlement for radiant water tubing. We were cgiven a sheet ststing we would receive any future claim monies but the seller did not state thae had already received 1/2 of the settlement money and if we had a problem with the system in the past 3 years that we would have no recourse to getting this money as the other 1/2 of the settlement will only be available in 11-2009 when the settlememt does a final payout. I know where the old owners are and Im not sure what to do

I'm not sure you can do anything. If the contract specifically says FUTURE monies then it tells the truth.
