    j-1 to another visa
    Hi.

    I have one question more with you.. I have j-1 visa(2 year rules apply).. can I apply for another visa without waiver and please tell me procedure...

    No, you cannot apply for any other visa without getting a J-1 waiver.

    But I heard about O,E,F visas we can apply that without waiver...
