    violation of dui probation, drank a beer in his house
    My husband and I are separated, he had two felony dui's last year, served 10 weeks in jail and 9 months on work furlough, released in July and received 36 months probation. He has a business, works 7 days a week, he lost license for 5 years, he doesn't drive and rescinded all vehicles, ap&p went to his house on a tip of multiple felons living with him, they tested him and he came up positive for drinking one beer and found meth parapernelia in a roommates drawer, he's been in jail 4 or 5 days and sees the judge on Wednesday, we live in Utah... any idea what may happen?

    Yes, was the other room mates felons, if so that will be other violations. The drugs in the house will hurt and the drinking.

    It will apear to the court very bad, I would say he can expect more time in jail.
