    h2b expired
    My visa is a h2b visa, and expired last July, I found a employer who is willing to do something about my visa,so that I can stay and work legally here in the us,can we do something about it, if yes what can we do.

    To obtain any employment visas, you must maintain your legal status in US, which in this case you already failed.
