    You will have to attend a violation probation hearing on this violation. It does not matter if the article was $26 or $2600. You broke your probation. Expect to spend some time in jail.

    Thank you for your answer mr twain but I do not feel the laws in Ohio are the same asin ontario canada where the law is abit more relaxed for petty crime ,so if there is any canadian or ontario law learned individuals please respond to my question thaks
