    Weight Loss/Love Handles
I'm currently 5'7", approximately 140 lbs. I've lost around 20 pounds over the past five months, but I want to lose more. Before I just began eating healthier, stopped drinking sodas, and took my dog on a walk everyday. Now though, I stopped losing weight. I would love to lose 5-10 more pounds, but it's hard! I don't know what to do, or what to try. Any advice?

By the way, how do you get rid of love handles and the fat between your thighs?

Looks like your metabolism has finally become acclimated to your diet + routine. The way to lose weight is to constantly try to challenge your body. After 5 months of eating healthy and walking, your body has stopped being challenged. Challenge your body now by perhaps jogging a little bit, or walking a bit longer.
