I've answered a lot of questions about dark circles and under eye bags. Here's one of my answers. I hope my advice is beneficial to you.

Temporary measures for dark circles or bags under the eyes include cool tea bags or cucumber slices pressed to the eyes for 10 minutes. Or, wearing camouflage make-up, preferably with sunscreen. For a long term solution, you can use under eye creams that contains Vitamin C and Vitamin K to shrink the bags under your eyes.

One additional note... Despite what you might read on some areas of the net, do NOT use hemorrhoid ointments to reduce puffiness under the eyes. This is a somewhat popular remedy, first used by professional models, but I wouldn't recommend it. Just a friendly caution. :)

I don't know of any off-hand, sorry. But the advice PrettyLady gave was excellent, the tea bags and cucumber slices. Hopefully she knows of something to recommend.

If you don't want to try the temporary measures such as cucumbers or tea bags. Your best bet would be to try an anti-aging eye cream, it will help reduce the eye bags.

I personally use bareminerals concealer, sorry if I'll place a link http://www.bareminerals.com/

I don't know how to give praise to bareminerals without sounding like I was being paid.
Covergirl has an excellent effect too!
    All the best

You can use Eyevive. It is (the product) rated #1 on Karen Austin's article: Eye Creams Reviewed: How well do they work. You can Google it if you want.

There are numerous home remedies that you can try to get rid of them:
    Tea bag remery
    Eye Creams
    Acupressure
    etc...

Most of the time the eye bags are caused by your unhealthy lifestyle so you should first look into what is causing them and try to eliminate it.
