    SSI and child support
    My children's father has been drawing SSI and not paying child support. Is he still liable for all of the 40,000 he owes me or am I just out of luck?

    He still owes it, you may just have trouble collecting.
    Is the children ( if still minor) drawing the dependent SSI money

    So it is owed, just going to be hard if even pssible to actually get it
