I woke up one morning and had this red sore on the side of my penis head. It looked like a pimple, but did not a whitehead, just a red bump. It literally appeared over night, I put neosporin on it, and over the last 3 days it has gone down a lot, but not GONE yet. I sleep naked in a bed I share with my dog, who does not use anything to prevent fleas. Is it possible this is just a flea bite? I've been very careful sexually, and this doesn't look like anything that was described as an std in health class those many years ago. I can't afford a doctor if I can avoid it... any sugestions? If it is a flea bite, how long do those take to go away and what can I do to speed it up? I'm afraid if my fiancé sees it she'll get scared. It doesn't hurt at all. Help?
