    Land Contract in default
    Hello, I have a proprty in West Virginia under a land contract, this contract was not prepared by an attorney nor was it noterized or recorded, the tenants are in default and I want to have them revomed from the property does anyone know how much time I must give them to be out?

    Hello, first most land contracts don't use a notory, and most are not recorded.

    How you get them out depends on the terms of the contract,
    What does it say about what happens when they don't pay, does it change over to a rental agreement so you can just evict?

    You have to go by the terms in the contract to get them out.
