    Theft from employer
    I have been charged with theft from an emplyer, I afto return the police station to inform me weather they are going to charge me. I have pleaded guilty from the start, I have no previous convictions , what will happen

    I don't know what will happen. But, if you hire a lawyer, whatever will happen will be LESS severe than if you don't.

    Yes, you needed to hire an attorney before you confessed to anything,

    But how much did you steal, 100 dollars or 10,000 dollars makes a big difference
