    Burn from perm or dye
    I permed my hair and then used a semi color afterwards and now I have a horrible rash on my neck that burns so bad and my hair has begun to fall out ((((help)))) what shall I do ?

    Please see a doctor, this doesn't look good.
    In the mean time, apply sudocrem to the rash to soothe it.
