    Diet Pills?
I work Monday-Friday from 9:00-5:30, when I get home at 6:00 I have to take care of my nine month old twin girls. I am a single mom, and am constantly tired and really do not have time to exercise. I am busy from about 6:00 a.m. till about 10:00 p.m. I would like to know a diet pill that actually works, I have tried many but nothing works. Or would anyone suggest anything else to lose weight. I am so self conscious about my body since I had my children, I need to lose weight in order to feel better about myself. Please help.

If it's really a problem for you, seek your doctors help. Your doctor should be able to tell you the safest/easiest way for you to lose the weight that you wish to lose. Please be careful with diet pills, some have been known to cause strokes, and or heart attacks, among other health problems. You have those 2 beautiful girls that need their mommy in their life worse than needing their mommy to look good.
    Good luck.

    Hydroxy cut is really good.

But remember you have to eat right. You can't have lots of carbs late at night. I'm sure you don't even get time to eat the right foods.

Try Slim fast as well. And have a light dinner when you get home.
That with the pills should do wonders!

    Or the natural way is
Just drink lots and lots of Green tea.

To lose weight all you have to do is eat right and by right I mean healty. Stay away from carbonated drinks because it's nothing but sugar and blows up your mid-section. Regardless of what you do eat a balance breakfast and take your multi-vitamins everyday.

You can do some low impact exercises everyday. If you commit to eating right and exercising you will see an improvement in your body. You might not lose weight but you will lose body fat and inches. Once the fat get burned you will start to see a drop in your weight.

To add you can do a 30 minutes workout a day. Exercising will increase your energy level, lower your chances of getting high blood pressure and cholesterol, decrease your chances of being stress, good for your overall health, and the best way to lose weight.
