    Eligibility workmans compensation
    I am 67 years old and drawing social security,I am also presently employed, if I were to get laid off or fired, would I be eligible for unemployment compensation?

    Yes, but you will have to report your social security earnings againt this, so if you earn over the allowed amount you would not receive any money.
