    Confused about salary
    If you have a salary employee and there work week is 4 days. And you need them to work an extra day. Do you pay them straight pay or overtime or do you comp them out? What is the best and legal way to handle this?

    How many hours a day ? You pay them regular time until they reach the required overtime hours. ** normally 40.
