I'm going to try and pick up more too Momma C. and something a little extra.

Stringy, I forgot that I was going to mention a few other things that seemed to work a bit for me and my headaches... specifically the sinus headaches, but other types of headaches too. I had forgotten about it, and will have to put on my list to pick some up myself. Peppermint oil. I wish I could remember the brand the one was that I just loved and worked so well, it's on the tip of my tongue, but I can't spit it out... lol. Mine came in a little bottle, about the size of a lip gloss tube, and it had a roller ball on top. I would put it on the sides of my nose, and on the pressure points on my head and neck. It really did work! I bet you can find something similar in a health store. Just the peppermint oil would probably work just as well. I also used to use lavender oil, and willow bark, and put them in steam and put a towel over my head, and breathe them in. It's worth a try if the horseradish doesn't do the trick for you!

You should ask Marta if she can pick up some of the peppermint on her way home if she has time. It can't hurt to double up, or triple, or fourple (lol) up on the things I mentioned. Between those and Momma's cure, one is bound to work for you! ;)
