If someone wants to be posting a question that's not concerning the original question at the top of the page, then it's best to be starting a new thread.

    Concerning your questions, it would help to have some additional information from you as to why you are needing to register yourself and your paintings, please? We do have at least one artist from India here, and maybe she might know what you are talking about once you have provided some additional information.
