    Non resident Drivers Licence
    I am not US sitizen, I am alien but I would like to get non resident DL.
    I live in NY city where I am not able to get it.
    In which Stete I would be able to get it ?

    It does not work that way, you can only get a DL in the state you live. So you would have to move and live in another area to get a DL in another state.

    You will have to work within the system where you live.
