    Heat and ac running when on heat
    Replaced units in summer ac runs fine went to kick on heat got that first heat of the year smell but then it was getting colder checked inside unit and it was cooling also any idea which wires I crossed

    Probably a wiring issue with the thermostat. I would check the low voltage wiring first.
