    Sheriff sale
    Before buying aproperty at a sheriff sale what do you need to research first about the property? So far the county,school district, and borough taxes are paid up to date?

    Check for whether the home was/is owner occupied or tenant occupied. Check for outstanding construction permits and COs.

    Plus all the usual aspects of buying a home, neighborhood, schools, etc.
