    DUI on record.
    Is it still possible to sign up for the navy or any other branch if I have a DUI on my record?

    As long as this has been disposed of you can sign up. If this is still pending against you, no, not until this has been disposed of and you did all your court ordered requirements such as fine, court ordered AA meetings, probation, etc.
