    Tmp file I cannot remove
    WFV6.tmp cannot remove this file says being says being used by another person or program

    Boot to safe mode and try to remove it.

    Some temp files are part of the memory processes your computer is using right now. You can't delete them, nor need to.

    After your next reboot, you'll be able to, and another one with a similar name will most likely be there that can't be deleted... a bit of a cycle.

    Going to safe mode did remove the file however it loads when starting up file
