Is it wrong to pleasure yourself?
Is it safe to play with yourself while being pregnant? Is it even okay to do it at all?

The monotheistic religions, Judaism, Christianity and Islam, give normal sex a bad rap. We see all kinds of unhappiness and being warped coming from poor childhood religious teachings about human sexuality.

Just remember, everything good in life in moderation. :) Aristotle developed such a practical, healthy philosophy in ancient Greece.

It is very good for both you and the baby to be perfectly honest. Orgasm is the most healing thing we can do for our bodies!

The above answers are true IF you are having a low risk pregnancy... no previous miscarriage, no pre-term labor, incompetent cervix, multiple fetuses, etc...

Short answer is you should talk to your provider about your pregnancy and whether you are considered low risk for having sex. I know you asked about self stim, but the same rules apply.

I definitely agree with KP2171. Your doc will tell you whether it's okay for you or not. Most women are safe in self pleasure, and orgasm, while others with high risk pregnancy could cause more problems.
If you are of low risk, then by all means... DO IT!
