Mr. Insecure
I want to know why is it that I feel so insecure. :confused: I mean I hate being in front of people because I'm worried about how I look even though I just looked at myself in the mirror 5 minutes ago. I get anxious in public, speechless around women even though majority of them say I'm cute and ask me out:o. I'm 6'3, atheltic build,165 pounds and I feel like the ugliest person in the room:(. Sometimes I feel like everything is my fault and I'm just in the way. If there is someone out there with answers, HEEEEEEEEELLLLLLLLLPPPPPPPPP!! :eek:

You sound good looking body wise to me lol. I've got the same problem except I am a little skittish around people too. I went and got counseling for that and other problems and they said it could be. Now it may not be.. but it might have something to do with yourself esteem. I was always picked on and put down when I was younger and it contributed to how I felt around people and in public places. Its been three years since that meeting. I still can't talk to large crowds I still feel ugly even though I'm told I'm not all the time. But its not as bad as it was back than. I took a self esteem course. I'm acutally taking another one in the new year to try and improve more. It may not be the right thing for you but it might be. Just remember. Only crazy people think they look awesome all the time (in my opinion) lol. You also could maybe possibly have a type of phobia also that creates anxiety (eep I can't spell I don't think) when in public places.

Yes it is our fault when things happen in our life but we can began to make changes and get on the right track. We get power from our thoughts and when we
Think on bad or evil thoughts we will reap them. All of us have good and bad or evil thoughts that come into our mind but it is what we do with them that makes us what we are.
Good things come from good thoughts so think on them and bring good power into
Your life. Same with bad or evil thoughts rebuke them, don't think on those thoughts.
We reap what we sow, our thoughts are what we are. We are all creatures of habit
In mind and body so we need to learn to change habits we have and seek change.
We look at our life and see where change is needed. We start with our thought pattern.
Have a mental house cleaning and have it offen andfill your mind with believing, in
Loving, harmonious thoughts, we are the creators of good and evil in our life.
Here is a good affirmation to say offen and believe it. "I am healthy, strong, young,
powerful, loving, harmonious, successful and happy." THINK ON THESE THINGS
We live in a world of choices. Choose this day who you will serve. When you are with
Other people forget about self and put others first and do and say what will uplift
Them and show love and caring. It will come right back to you.

Self confidence is often hard to come by, and that's exactly what you are lacking, self confidence.
After reading your post I think you know that you are a good looking guy, obviously others think so too, so what's the problem? What do you see when you look in the mirror?
We all have things that we'd like to change about ourselves, fat in the wrong places, hair color, height, eye color, whatever. It's not what you have, it's how you feel inside that counts.
You need to work on yourself, not the exterior, but the interior, because obviously something is causing you to feel inferior to others.
Don't be so hard on yourself, concentrate on the positive aspects. Also, it's not how you look but how you act that really matters in the long run. :)
