    How do I break a lease because of medical problems
    Please can u answer my question on how to break a lease for medical problems in Washington state, the person with the medical problems in 73 years old

    Are they moving into an assisted living facility?

    Normally there is no release clause for health, and limited accomidations that can be forced.

    If they are not able to care for thierself it is possible the court will release them if they are moving into a assisted living facility.
