    Landlord suing for breach
In sept I received a 5 day pay or quit, and after asking for repairs to be done for 8mnths and nothing, and asking her to remove her items out of my rental apt, and asking her not to call my employeer on his full time job, I decided to move as my lease would be up Oct 30th. Well she is suing me for $2780.00, my rent was 1190.00 and my security deposit was 1190.00, and she listed condo to rent as move in today for only 1350.00, on 9/24/08 I left the condo in same condition as when I moved in.

She doesn't say how she came up with $2780.00, even if she was to charge for two months it would be 1190.00 + 1190.00, minus the 1190. Security she is holding wouldn't that be 1190.00
How do I proceed, court is in Nov

No, there is no clean up, I left it spotless, and left all of her belongings in the same place they were in, when I moved in; She left things in two of the three closest. I was unable to use them. She stated for ten months she was coming to get the stuff but never did, no did she fix the heat or Kitchen running water stopped running.
