    Creditcard judgement
    I have 2 judgements from credit cards on myself. I know they can get my bank accounts, but can they repo my vehicles or make me sell my personal res. I am self emp. I work from a building attached to my res. In North Carolina. Please help! Thank you!!

    I don't know the laws in your state but in Texas, they can file an abstract and if you ever buy or sell real property (like real estate) they can get the money from that. Or if you win the lottery. Check out your local law library located in the Courts Building. They can refer you to the correct section and book.
