    Car title
    A guy bought a car from an impound auction and said they never sent him a title now he is selling the car is it smart to buy this car? He says you can get a title for it do you know how?

    Do you know for sure that he bought that car form an impound auction if so great just get him to go back to the auction he got it from and get the title... if you don't know for sure then my friend I have 4 words for you, THAT CAR IS STOLEN don't buy it.

    Depending on the state, often impound sales give either a salvage title or a conditional title of some sort.

    But no, they give you a title if you buy it.

    So he has to go get a title before he can sell it.
