    I-751 pending and I-130
    My I-751 is pending and I have recently re-married.
    Can my new husband petition me ( I-130, I-485 ) while the I-751
    From a previous marriage is pending? :confused:

    You must notify USCIS that your previous marriage has ended and you no longer want to proceed with I-751. Do not mention new spouse, etc. Make it in writing and keep a copy for your file..
