Why are insurance companies tacking on a California fraud fee charge. Why do I have to pay for their business problems. It seems that they are trying to get money for a problem that has existed for many years, and then out of the blue, tacking on a fee that really should not be passed on to the consumer. This is another bailout issue that tans my hide. Please, someone explain why they are getting away with this. Should we first be notified and sign an acceptance form for insurance changes like the law requires? I have never received such a response. You're thoughts are appreciated.:(:(:confused:
