    Hair color
I am a licensed cosmetologist, but I am really new and still learning. I have a client that colored her hair black (level 1 with shades EQ, 1B) and wants to go back to her natural color which is about a level 3 how would I do that, only using Redken products?

    Thank you.

I suggest you should not cutdown his colour but keep on applying lighter shade. After 2 or 3 applications color will become perfect and it will not damage your client's hair as well.
