Can a NCP ask for a copy of the support application?
I was told that I have a legal right to a copy of all the child support applications that have been filed against me. Is this true and what's the best way to go about that?

    Please advise. Thanks so much!

You should be able to get court documents from the courts they have occurred in. You will need case numbers for the documents your seeking and there may be a " copy " fee involved.
