    My grandkids
    I have been fighting for my grandkids in court and I just lost them to the courts so how would I get them back.

    Depends on how you lost them and who you lost them to.
    What has your attorney said about any appeals

    I lost them to forster care the courts did not have anything or any reason to take them my lawer has file for grandparent rights but it dos not look like he's wans to work for me .

    I'm sorry, but most family services agencies want to place children with relatives. So I have to wonder that they had no reason to take them, especially to put them in foster care.

    Have you read the judge's rulling it should state a reason for the ruling. That could be why your attorney doesn't want to pursue the case because he thinks there is no case.

    Yes, first it is not a issue of grandparent rights, that is for visitiation, this is a custody issue, where any family member if the parents can not, file for custody or at least temp custody.

    There has to be a reason for them not to allow them with you, what was it

    He said I did have a good case but my son said he did not want the kids to come with me because we do not get along.

    Who said? The judge? Your attorney? And why is the son not getting custody? If you want our help you really need to give more details. Where is the mother, where are the kinds now and for how long. What EXACTLY did the judge's ruling say?

    The jugde said I did not do everything I need to do I have log in sheet and sign in sheet show I was at every appt I need to go to I agree with everything I need to do well my son is on drug and the mom was deported back to mex. I'm not sure what out to do my attor did not show the judge my paper work be I have all the paper showing I did everything I need to do .

    So there were reasons. So you need to get a new attorney and file an appeal.
