    What politician should I contact for help?

    Why is it being levied ( assume you mean garnished)

    Is it by the IRS,

    There has to be a judgement in most cases, you contact that court if it is not a legal garnishment.

    And how it is being levied

    The more you put into a question the better we can answer it. Since your SS is exempt from most, non governmental debts, its doubtful any elected representative would help.
